All Sales Are Final

Due to cross-border shipping, international logistics, and the nature of our fulfillment process, all orders are final once confirmed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product selection, unsuitable fit, or personal preference.

Please check all product details, measurements, colours, quantities, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

To help us review your case, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A description of the issue

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Claims reported after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Returns Without Approval

Please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first and receiving approval.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we will advise the next steps.

For any approved return or replacement, shipping arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Final Sale Items

All sale, promotional, discounted, clearance, limited-edition, and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to cancel or change it, especially if it has already been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
