This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our online store for Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, and Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley, Malaysia.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Areas and Fees

We currently ship to the following areas:

Singapore: Express shipping at SGD 9.90
Hong Kong SAR: Express shipping at HKD 68.00
Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley, Malaysia: Express shipping at RM 19.00

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by market:

Singapore: Usually 2–5 business days after order processing
Hong Kong SAR: Usually 3–7 business days after order processing
Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley, Malaysia: Usually 2–5 business days after order processing

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

Wander is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or uncollected parcel, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For cross-border orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
